My husband went to the used vehicle lot looking for a truck for our rapidly growing small business and we walked away with 2 new vehicles! The whole team took their time to learn about our business, what we needed, and in what ways we were intending to grow. Then they helped us to find just what we needed and went to bat for us to get it. They even helped us create a plan for our vehicles as we grow. Kathy was our sales rep and she stayed with us through the entire process and answered all the questions we had. If she didn't know the answer, she did what she had to in order to get it without hesitation. It was a friendly atmosphere and the experience was fun. Highly recommend!

I have dealt with several dealers that say " you 're approved" well you know how that goes Buchannan came thru, they never gave up me even though i gave up
My overall experience with the people at this dealership was very personal as well as professional. Each person I dealt with not only asked how I was doing personally (at the time was recovering from total knee replacement) but they repeatedly kept asking if I had any questions throughout the entire signing process. I felt like the people at this dealership were caring and compassionate - not just there to make a sale. In addition, Kathy got the ball rolling so that we could have an extra programmable key made before we left the property. I would definitely purchase another vehicle here in the future. The dealership as whole provides a family like environment everyone is friendly an knowledgeable. I am a repeat customer and plan to be in the years to come. The dealer is close to home, and has just about every service you could possibly need. Kath Shank was my used car sales person, I had come in to investigate a pre-qualification through one lender I had dealt with in the past. Kathy found a better truck then what was suggested in the pre-qual that was even 2k cheaper. I was in and out driving my truck in a very short time compared to experiences at other used car lots. When I left I felt I had a friend, and an advocate for any service need in the future with my purchase.

I was in Waynesboro several weeks ago on personal business. Upon leaving the office I was at, I tried to activate the key fob to unlock my car doors. To my dismay, the door didn't unlock. Being a Dodge Viper, I had the ability to open the rear hatch and use the emergency latch to open the door. I knew the alarm would activate doing this procedure. Trying to start the car was fruitless as the computers think the car is trying to be stolen. I tried to wipe the contact surfaces of the fob battery, to no avail. I called the Buchanan service dept. for assistance. They felt possibly the fob battery was dead, and offered to drive someone where I was located with a $4.00 battery!!!!!! I couldn't believe it. As we talked further, the service dept. felt that possibly the fob lost programming. They immediately contacted a company for a rollback to accommodate the Viper (it is very very low) to have the car brought to their service dept. While the dealership was arranging all this for me, I finally was able to get the battery to make contact and was able to deactivate the alarm and start the car. I was NOT going to turn it off until I returned home, about 40 miles away. I immediately contacted the dealership to have everything cancelled. I stopped at the dealership service dept. on my way home to thank whomever I saw there, as I failed to get the names of the two employees. I was truly impressed the degree they went to help me. If I lived in that area, I would not hesitate to consider buying my vehicle there, and having it serviced as well. Thank you very much, Buchanan, for all you did to help me. Thank you again!!!!!!
